- Participated in DEI Lunch & Learn workshop, organized by the UW Professional Staff Organization.

Worked with Graduate Program Director (GPC) on GSEE Application for graduate-student fellowships.
Winter Quarter
- Conducted a DEI climate survey with graduate students to assess the current status and identify needs.
- Promoted workshops on antiracist pedagogy and developing students’ skills in engaging in cross-racial dialogues to graduate students, organized by the college.
Spring Quarter
- Hosted a discussion on “how to conferencing” in conjunction with the AAG conference practice colloquium for graduate students, followed by an informal gathering at Big Time.
- Hosted a lunch workshop on inclusive pedagogy (speakers: Gretchen Sneegas and Alyson Mabie).
- Participated in session on “How can faculty support international students at UW?” organized by UW International Student Services.
